• Jill’s trying to drum up fete events, lots of people have volunteered, now’s the time for firm commitments, like Neil’s offer of a pig run (with book), but not Eddie’s suggestion of gut-barging!
• Shula asks Usha to map out her and Christine’s partnership in the Stables.
• Phil’s looking forward to the Royal Show on Wednesday, although not so much to his conducting appointment at tomorrow’s Lower Loxley Summer Spectacular. Jill’s looking forward to that too – not least the end of his preoccupation with the 1812 overture.
• Daniel sees Richard for a routine check up and he’s fine, although Richard isn’t. Shula tries to smooth things out but he’s not feeling too chipper – and while Usha thinks a night out tomorrow would be fun, he’s not so convinced.
