Characters: Clarrie, Debbie, Eddie, Lizzie, Nigel, Shula, William
- William’s off to “Darren’s” again to do his homework, Clarrie’s suspicious that the “computer project” is taking a lot of work and plans to ring Darren’s mum to check that everything’s fine. Meanwhile, Eddie is pleased that James Miller, from the Tenant Farmer’s Association has been in touch is planning to visit to review the situation.
- Nigel and Lizzie are very busy getting Lower Loxley set up for what could be a very lucrative, potentially regular, customer.
- Shula’s still unhappy at her move, although she can see Simon’s point about her leniency over the Grundys and her breaches of confidence to Susan.
- William is being a great help to Debbie in the Home Farm lambing sheds. Eddie and Clarrie have been out searching for him because (obviously) he wasn’t at Darren’s. Eddie thinks that he’s either out courting or poaching but, eventually, they catch up with him and Clarrie is furious, with Debbie catching a fair amount of flak too.
