Characters: Laurence Lovell, Neil, Nelson, Richard, Sean, Susan, Usha
- Richard’s starting to regret saying yes to Jack over the cricket club dinner. He has spoken to the MDU and is meeting with them next week.
- Susan is unhappy with the creepy Graham Rider and spills the beans to Neil over the confidential valuation of the Grange Farm house, although he’s not convinced of dubious intentions.
- Larry visits the wine-bar to give Nelson a pair of high heels for the panto! Nelson isn’t convinced that four-inch cherry red high heels are really him (although Sean thinks he should wear red more often, as he cracked up after seeing him try them on!) Larry’s still searching for a principle boy, so there’s still scope for a clash with Lynda.
- Susan becomes more unhappy after she finds that not only has Graham Rider done a valuation on the house (£150,000) but has estimated that if the Grange Farm land was farmed with the estate it might be worth up to three times the rent that the Grundys are currently paying ….
