Characters: Clarrie, Hayley, John, Mike, Pat, Tony

• More thin yoghurt misery at the dairy and Pat is curious. It’s not the process, so it must be the ingredients. She wonders about the milk’s protein content and, when she looks in the records, finds it’s been getting lower for a few weeks. She confronts Tony who admits he knew all about it, but it was all in hand. She’s furious, especially as it won’t be right again for a few weeks and her Underwoods order is in pperil. She threatens to buy milk from elsewhere and he threatens to sell it elsewhere too.
• Clarrie finally gets the envelope company on the phone and is told to write and she’s obviously being fobbed off, she has received another cheque though, but for only one week, not the four she’s owed.
• John and Hayley are DIYing and he tries his hand at plastering, to messy effect. Eventually he admits defeat and takes up Mike on his offer of help. They also discover bottles of Martha’s legendary homebrew wine.
• Later, Clarrie decides to give the envelope people a peice of her mind, even threatening legal action! They still blaming accounts system and need her to write.
