Joe was spotted by Lizzie trying to tout the boys’ tickets in Stratford to unsusecting Japanese tourists. It seems he wasn’t successful as he manages to engage Alistair and Richard’s interests, which are backed by large offers. Only he forget to mention to either of them that, while the tickets are for the 26th, they might not be for the match they think.
Usha’s seen a copy of the ADAS report and she’s as confident about it as Brian. She feels sure that it will help her prove that the gamekeeper doesn’t need a cottage, firstly because the area land is so large a suitable cottage could be anywhere and that game is not the major use of the farm, so Greg isn’t really an agricultural worker.
Shula’s annoyed Alistair for not agreeing to come out to dinner, despite Daniel going back to nursery for the first time and having promised him earlier in the week. He comiserates with a pint in The Bull where he finds Neil complaining about Mike’s poaching of his work at Bridge Farm.
