Paul doesn’t turn up for the meeting with Lilian but Matt has worked out where she is.

Radio Times: Brian’s attitude turns frosty, and Jennifer struggles with the burden of her troubles.

Freddie is wondering why Elizabeth is never around now after Ifty’s lessons. She tells him it’s because she is busy and that she doesn’t think he needs extra lessons now. Freddie says he doesn’t mind not having any more lessons but he will miss Ifty.
Rob is making progress with the dairy but will need some extra stock. Debbie is helping. They are also struggling to get assistant herd managers of sufficient quality. None of the applicants are up to much. Rob is still being slightly cagey about his wife and doesn’t seem keen to introduce her.
Matt and Lilian go to look at the plots of land at Lower Loxley though Lilian still seems very distracted. She says it’s because she is worried about getting involved in another project with the paper mill underway. And they’ve never done a new-build before. Matt is telling her that she doesn’t need to get worked up over nothing…. Matt then suggests lunch but she says she has a meeting with Rick. Matt clearly knows what is going on. And he rings Rick who confirms she isn’t there.
Jennifer starts pestering Lilian for an answer on Peggy and the agency. She wants to see Lilian then and there. Lilian has to put her off, of course. She is at the flat. Paul doesn’t turn up however and so she leaves an angry message and leaves.
