• Marjorie is worried that Eddie will not accept her apology, Phil understands and tells her to give it time.
• Tess continues to take training badly, although William keeps trying.
• The milk quota cheque arrives, and Eddie thinks that it’s more lucrative than actually doing the milking himself!
• Debbie is preparing for lambing – and Ruth persuades her that William is just the help she needs, he’s grateful for the job and Eddie is pleased, despite trying to be angry when Tess is found wandering, not tied up after William’s attempt at training.
• Tess is returned by Marjorie, who patches things up with Eddie over a sherry – a very old sherry by all accounts!
