• Ruth’s resting her back after pulling it helping Jill with the chickens, for which Phil is building some pens, a good conduit for his aggresion at the situation with Brian!
• The fete preperations are progressing well, although Janet’s play commitments have encroached on her speech preperations and the bungee jumping is still a cause of concern, Clarrie wants to make sure that William can’t go on it and people are still concerned that Nigel will!
• Susan’s in a real state over her brother, even Clarrie’s attempt at cheering her up is met with negativity. Mike has words with her over it, in front of Emma. Later, Janet finds a teary Susan in the church.
• Phil and Jill agree that now is the time to make Ruth a full partner in Brookfield, it’s news that delights David and Ruth.
