Jill finally makes her appointment at the GP but Elizabeth seems worried about her.

Radio Times: Jim and Joe have a lot to discuss, while Robert lays a wager.

• Joe tries to enthuse Jim about his ferrets but he is far from convinced. Joe is still a bit annoyed about Jill nearly hitting him but Jim says she is on her way to the GP. He is more interested in getting Joe to focus on the Wassail.
• At the surgery Eddie is waiting for Darrell. He’s finally got him to see the Doctor. Jill and Elizabeth say they are amazed at what Eddie has done. He’s the only one that’s had any success.
• Lynda is starting on her next llama blanket for the new baby. Peggy might make something; a new great grandchild might give her something to look forward to. Robert is looking for a project and is a bit down so he wanders off to The Bull. It turns out that Eddie is planning to convert a truck into a home for Darrell. Lynda is horrified at the thought of another wreck but Robert says they hope to park it at The Stables and Robert is going to help convert it. Lynda says she is going to take it easy but Robert doesn’t believe a word of it.
• Joe and Jim are planning the Wassail in The Bull complete with Morris men and torches. Jim suggests Clarrie as Queen of the Wassail but Eddie points out that lifting Clarrie up into the trees might be a challenge.
• Elizabeth goes to tea with Jill after her appointment when she gets a call that one of the main exhibits for the Steam Fair has gone bust so Elizabeth has to disappear to sort it out. Jill insists that Elizabeth doesn’t need to worry about her.
