Jill knocks Josh off his bike and realises she really does need to see an optician.

• It’s Brian’s birthday and he is still not keen on admitting his age. All of the children have bought him age related presents. But he’s thrilled with the plan for a holiday in Mauritius. And Ian is catering for the party so Jennifer has some free time too. And at the party, Annabelle produces a bottle of Extra Old cognac. Brian embarrasses Jennifer in his speech but then the cat is finally out of the bag when Phoebe produces her birthday cake and it’s definitely in the shape of 70.
• Josh tells David that he has got a result with choosing Budapest and David tells him he is also planning to order a special piece of jewellery from a designer in Budapest too. When Josh cycles to his friend, Jill drives over to babysit Ben and she knocks him off his bike. He isn’t hurt but Jill horrified at what might have happened. She promises to get an optician’s appointment as soon as she can and she won’t drive in the meantime.
