• Eddie’s on the lookout for work, Brian can’t help.
• Joe’s discussing the situation with Shula, who seems genuinely worried for them, but she’s powerless, especially as they aren’t Simon’s favourite tenants and the car boot sales might have given him cause to break their tenancy.
• Al is familiarising himself with the Snells’ manual car and is concerned at Brian and Debbie’s cutting off of a stag’s antler, what would it do to its psyche?
• Brian offers Debbie a pay rise, which she, of course, accepts.
