Characters: Clarrie, Eddie, Jill, Julia, Laurence Lovell, Lynda, Sean

• Eddie and Clarrie don’t want to accept Caroline’s invitation to Christmas lunch – they would have to be on their best behaviour – but Eddie is avoiding declining to Caroline.
• Lynda and Sean indulge in a bit of backbiting over Larry’s directorial style. Sean tries to pour oil on the troubled waters. Lynda’s nose is well out of joint over the amount of time and attention Larry is paying to Jill.
• Eddie delivers mistletoe to Grey Gables and Lynda mistakenly thinks that he has designs on her! Jill buys some holly – they don’t seem to much at Brookfield this year!
• An over energetic dance rehearsal causes some of the stage scenery to collapse and Julia will have to rewrite her choreography. Larry, through Eddie, puts a (signed!) copy of the photograph in the Bull.
• Eddie gets a copy of the defence served on Simon by the TFA solicitors.
