  • It’s Peggy’s birthday and Shula’s delivering a card, before heading home to finish organising Daniel’s third birthday party for tomorrow as well as wondering about the arrangements for her parents’ Ruby wedding party at the weekend. She’s still concerned about whether Kenton will appear, apparently he’s in California on business at the moment, and the guest list seems to be expanding with people inviting themselves (Mike, Betty and Joe being the next on the list).
  • Brian is still trying to convince Jack of the wisdom of combining their shoots – although Jack’s still not budging, he’s not in it for the profit, just to give good sport to his friends and contacts.
  • Roy and Kate are at each other’s throats, intitially about who is to get the bike, both want it, but eventually Roy gets his way – he’ll pay her for her share. It mutates, though, into a barney over John and Hayley as she tries to blame Roy for not putting a stop to it and putting down as a male thing.
  • Roy tells Eddie that Ivy’s given a statement confirming that she didn’t see Clive the evening of George’s beating. This is not taken too well by Eddie who sees the holes in his story get even bigger ….
