• The playscheme goes riding (although Hayley most certainly doesn’t join the children) and has an extra member – Kylie. When Sharon drops her off she asks Hayley to thank John for giving her a lift to Borchester yesterday, something Hayley knows nothing about.
• Caroline’s at Grange Farm to see her purchase, although William’s unhappy as Posh Spice isn’t going to be coddled in the manner he would prefer – she’s outside with all the other heffers.
• John’s in the shop and not pleased that Kylie’s on the playscheme – what happens if she says something to Hayley? Sharon seems to thrive on seeing him squirm. She asks if he’s planning to go to the Rocky Horror do at the Cat on Friday, he had been planning to go to the Bull to help out with the playscheme’s Halloween party.
• Hayley not pleased that he didn’t tell her about the lift he gave to Sharon, although he weedles his way out of it – even getting her to suggest that he would probably have more fun at the Cat than the Bull on Friday …
• William had gone off looking for George – and he found him, beaten up in the country park …..
