• Lizzie’s on the scrounge for timber for the probable muddy car park at Lower Loxley for their New Year’s Eve Masked Ball (although the rest of the country is too cold for mud!) Eddie promises to have a word with a mate.
• John’s organising his 21st, as Joe remembers his – a long time ago!
• Joe’s flattered with the calf’s name.
• A sheep lorry is asking for directions to Grange Farm, and delivers a whole cargo! Joe and Clarrie don’t know anything about it, and want to know what Eddie is playing at ….
