• John’s been acting suspiciously and Hayley’s curious as to what he’s up to.
• Lynda’s losing her lovers left, right and centre – Kate’s continued absence compounding Damien’s recent departure leaving her short two major players.
• Ruth’s champing at the bit to be doing real work around the farm – especially as it seems that there might be a problem with the milk and she’s worried that it’s something Bert is (or isn’t) doing.
• John decides to, in a spirit of community and dire emergency, offer himself as Demitrius, shedding his previous stance of “arty farty load of tosh” form the “nerd of Avon”!
