  • Joe’s digestion is suffering from a surfeit of boar meat. But Eddie thinks it’s worth it – he’s sold another statue. Eddie is planning to give away burgers at the cider club but Clarrie says there will be trouble if he does.
  • Mike is getting rather tired without Harry and Jazzer. Roy offers him a lot of Abbie’s things for the baby but Mike isn’t sure it is right inheriting your grandchild’s things for your baby. Mike admits he wasn’t keen on having kids the first time right and that was when he had his whole life ahead of him. Roy convinces him that it will be fine. He isn’t ready to slow down yet and when he does, letting the child know he loves him is the most important thing. In the meantime, Mike has to take some stick from the cider club.
  • Lynda is rather shocked to hear Vicky’s news. But she says it’s a joy to see her so contented. Vicky is already planning a spending spree for the baby.
  • Clarrie finds out that even giving the burgers to people is illegal and insists he stops the cider club eating them which Eddie reluctantly does. He gets teased for being henpecked but Eddie points out Mike had better hope for a boy or he’ll be the same.
