Bethany’s Christening goes well but Brenda realises living in Ambridge with Tom still there is very hard.

Radio Times: Tom feels left out of things, and Bethany is the centre of attention.

Mike is doing the final preparations for the Christening according to Vicky’s instructions.
Brenda is waiting in at No.3 the Green for the decorators before the Christening when Tom knocks on the door to find out what all the noise is about. They have a very awkward conversation and Tom leaves.
Brenda is, as a consequence, very late for the Christening but she finally arrives and it goes well. And George enjoys some more praying games. Mike can see that Brenda is upset and she says meeting Tom unsettled her. And she knows that is always going to happen. Tom spends the Christening in the beer garden.
Hayley tells Neil that Josh has booked another 3 farmers markets. Josh thought she would be pleased but Hayley can’t manage them. Neil says he’ll just have to cancel them. It’s his hard luck if he loses his deposit. He’ll soon learn.
