Caroline is still wondering if she wants to keep on with the hotel.

Radio Times: Alistair has had a sleepless night and David has an important appointment.

Alistair and Shula didn’t get much sleep. Darrell was wandering around the house all night making tea and not drinking any. He obviously has mental health issues and he needs help but it’s hard for them to offer help. Alistair says she needs to address it with him.
Ruth tells David Debbie is back to oversee the dairy. She is amazed how quickly it has happened, from opposing the plans to it actually being there. David says they will just have to live with it. Then Caroline calls David and they have a slightly difficult conversation about the meeting with the Local Authority on Friday. But David has to go to an Emergency Meeting called by Jazzer about Kenton’s stag night.
Shula does tackle Darrell about his anxiety and nerves. He keeps insisting he is fine. She suggests counselling and offers to help him look for work on line. He resists but Shula insists. Darrell says he should be able to sort himself out. Shula says looking for work and getting help might get him closer to Rosa and Anna, and looked at it from that point of view Darrell agrees.
Caroline tells Shula she really doesn’t know if she wants to carry on with Grey Gables anymore. The whole thing just doesn’t seem worth it. Her heart isn’t in it at the moment.
