Elizabeth discusses the conversion options with David and he tends towards the conference business.

• Kirsty is happy for Fallon that things are working out with Rhys and they are both looking forward to their four way date with Ifty. Ifty desperately tries to get out of Rhys what he is planning for Christmas. He admits he is planning on an on line gift voucher which Ifty thinks is really the wrong thing. He needs to buy her an album.
• Elizabeth tells David she needs some advice. The dairy conversion is proving more complicated than she thought and doesn’t know what to do about it. She can’t decide between the 10 rooms for weddings and holiday lets and smaller rooms for conferences and David is obviously best placed to advise as opposed her experienced manager. David sees the problem with the holiday lets and weddings clashing but Elizabeth still wants to build the weddings up. She’ll get Roy looking at some options….
• The evening gets quite raucous for the foursome. But Ifty manages to get the name of some music Fallon likes.
