Elizabeth needs a pacemaker/defibrillator but isn’t sure if she wants to go ahead.

Kenton and Jolene are enjoying coupledom and Fallon is humouring them. Kenton treats her to lunch on a riverboat and Jolene reminisces about her childhood. They have a great time. Once they get back, Jamie turns up. He wants to spend some time with Jolene and Fallon so they agree to a cinema trip on Wednesday.
Jill is still managing the children at Lower Loxley while Elizabeth gets on with her tests. The results should be back quite quickly. It turns out that she needs a pacemaker/defibrillator. It’s done under local anaesthetic but it’s pretty straightforward. Elizabeth isn’t so sure though. David wants her to agree at once but she has too many questions.
Later David tries to make Jill convince Elizabeth the operation is the right thing but Jill wants to let her take the time to face the facts and then she will go ahead – probably.
