Henry appears to have started wetting the bed and Rob has clear views on the product lines for the new shop.
Radio Times: Rob is full of ideas and Rex is in need of a favour.
Characters: Alex, Helen, Jolene, Pip, Rob- Rob missed Helen in bed last night – she’d had to look after Henry who wet the bed and needed her to help him get back to sleep. Rob suggests she goes back to bed and he’ll join her but Tom turns up for a meeting. Tom has brought a new toy train engine for Henry but Rob insists he shouldn’t have it until the weekend.
- Rex helps Pip with the new trackway. Rex is disappointed that Reedles only want to trial the geese for between 30 and 40 birds which is nothing like enough. He persuades Pip to help him get Elizabeth to commit to buying some.
- Jolene manages to knock Rob over coming out of the village shop. She is impressed to find he is cooking and suggest he should try to convince Kenton to be a new man.
- Tom and Helen are pleased with their bold product list for the new shop. Helen is going to start on researching suppliers and making some deals. Rob announces, unilaterally, that he has accepted a quote for the builders for the shop. Helen insists on hearing Rob’s views on the product list but he pretends he’s not interested. But when she finally pesters him for a response he is dismissive of their high quality organic and locally sourced produce and thinks there should be cheaper stuff for the masses and loads of vitamin supplements. There is organic and there is organic. He would hate for the shop to go belly up.
- Jolene rather bizarrely asks Pip to pass on a message to David that Kenton is thinking it over….
