Hey good looking…
Radio Times: Hey good looking…
Characters: Beryl, David, Helen, Pat, Satya, Tommy, Tony- Tommy’s feeling a little hen-pecked by the female casual workers, not least the harpy Beryl, and Helen, home for half-term has an idea ….
- David pops by Bridge Farm to let Tony (and Tommy) know that the Cricket Club AGM, scheduled for tomorrow, has been cancelled. Apparently Sean has the flu, but Tony thinks it’s because Jack’s first shoot is on Wednesday and he’d rather schmooze with his sporting pals.
- Helen’s idea, it seems, is to suggest to Beryl that he’s got a friend who might be interested in her. He’s playing up to her all afternoon and leads her on into one of the barns where, earlier on, he’s left Eric! She falls into his trap in front of the rest of the family, laughing hysterically.
- Pat’s enjoying having Helen home, she’s got some good product ideas and sees to have some good management skills with Tracy in the dairy. Pat’s not so pleased to find out that Helen’s planning on doing her practical year abroad, possibly in Zimbabwe!
- Tony, having heard it from David, passes Shula’s news on to Pat – only Auntie Satya, over to buy some cream, is there and, not realising Shula’s role in Usha’s current situation, seems sure that Usha will be pleased at the news …..
