Lilian and Paul spend another night together in a hotel in London.
Radio Times: Lynda is fuming and Lilian has a plan.
Characters: George, James, Lilian, Lynda, Nic, Paul, Vicky, William- James is getting ready to head back to London when Lilian appears with her own case. She says she’s planning to go London with him. James is worried she’ll want to stay in the flat but Lilian says she’s booked into a hotel.
- Vicky is still puzzling about names with Nic. She thinks Michaela might be a bit posh but manages to offend Nic in the process. She is going to help Lynda with the costumes for the show because she can do that sitting down. The Lynda someone has been defacing her posters with news of a mystery guest.
- It turns out the reason for Lilian’s trip to London is to see Paul and they book into a hotel (though presumably Paul has a home of his own….) and we are subjected to more bedroom scenes and general soppiness. Paul tells her he loves her. Lilian doesn’t reciprocate.
- William is still going off the deep end about Ed and accusing him of putting George at risk and says they’ll end up sleeping on the streets. Nic tells him to stop being so selfish and to think about what is best for George. He’s been lucky and Ed hasn’t.
- Vicky is nearly ready for the baby and is getting impatient. Mike is planning a Christmas treat for her though. A day out in Cheltenham.
- George is fascinated by the dead turkeys when Lynda finds another defaced poster. Will thinks it makes the show sound more interesting and George wants to go if it’s going to be funny. Lynda agrees she’ll leave it but she’ll need to find more jokes.
