Rob is apologetic. Kenton is apologetic. Lilian is loved up. Jolene is loved up. Helen is loved up.
Radio Times: Lilian has a story to tell and Rob is out to impress.
Characters: Fallon, Helen, Jolene, Kenton, Lilian, Rob- Fallon wants Jolene to choose music for the wedding. How about a 50’s theme? Jolene is all for it. Kenton thinks the idea is brilliant; he will wear a 50’s tux and grow sideburns. He knows a Rock n’ Roll band, too; Jonny Diabolo. Suddenly Jolene’s enthusiasm takes a dive.
- A very cheerful Lilian calls to tell Jolene she is back, Jolene can’t wait to hear all about Matt and the Russians, but Lilian refuses to divulge all the details. She does say that Matt was willing to lose his money to save her from danger, though. Jolene’s romantic soul is touched by such a display of true love.
- Helen is surprised to find Rob waiting for her outside the farm. He wants her to come and look round the dairy. When she sees it, Helen is very quiet; to her it is somehow cold; Bridge Farm’s herd represented years of breeding, whereas the mega-dairy is like an instant garden. Rob can only sound apologetic.
- Kenton notices Darrell sneaking into the pub toilets. He and Fallon feel sorry for him. Kenton tells Fallon he has been digging out some compilations he used at Jaxx; Fallon says Rock n’ Roll was not quite what she had in mind. Kenton sees the error of his ways, and tells Jolene he will forget all about Jonny Diabolo and go for something much more romantic.
- Helen lures Rob into a storage area and tells him to stop trying to justify Brian’s set-up. She may not agree with what they are doing at the dairy, but she thinks Rob is a wonderful guy. Slurping follows.
