  • Brenda is feeling the strain of being the Amside relationship counsellor although Matt and Lilian seem to be doing a bit better these days. Brenda takes the opportunity of them being at the solicitors for the day to go out with Vicky and Beth for their first outing – to The Bull…. Despite the fact that Nic is working and behind the bar at that, Vicky insists she holds the baby. Will turns up while Nic is still holding her. He thinks the baby is beautiful too though Nic is bothered that Beth has Down’s Syndrome. It shows no one knows what might happen.
  • Tom is confident that Beth will help with convincing Brenda to start a family. He definitely wants children. Tom tells Tony that they have to build the farm so that it supports three families. He just wants to make sure his children have a future.
