  • Sean discusses the re-decoration of the wine bar with Nelson.
  • Julia isn’t returning to Ambridge yet – she’s off to Amsterdam for a fortnight to research cafe-bars!
  • The auditions for the panto arrive;
    • Lynda has learnt the whole Fairy Godmother part for the audition!
    • Larry wants Hayley to be Cinderella (to John’s Buttons) although Brenda Tucker was good (and Lynda’s choice)
    • Jill, having been persuaded to go by Nigel, is offered Fairy Godmother, which Lynda didn’t take well. Jill refused though, so Lynda may yet play the part.
    • Sean was offered “Ugly Sister number one” although he didn’t want to dress up in a frock!
  • One of Lynda’s traffic signs has disappeared already!
