  • Tommy had, rather than merely trying to pass the customers on to Eddie, tried to pass off Eddie’s pigs as organic, but an irate Hayley demanded he ring the customers and explain it. This also meant having to pass the bad news to Eddie, who’d just been getting a hard time from Clarrie for not having given Jennifer her refund yet.
  • Phoebe’s first Christmas is causing a little friction with Jennifer unhappy that Roy seems to think he will have her at Willow Farm on Christmas Day and how this will disrupt their Christmas – Kate is not too keen on the idea either apparently. Hayley points out that it’s understandable that Roy would want to see her over Christmas and that Kate had not previously shown much interest in family Christmasses. Eventually a deal is struck, Roy, Mike and Betty will visit the cottage in the morning and Kate and Phoebe will go to Home Farm in the afternoon. Now, Kate’s next problem will be over her intention to return to work in the shop, only she’s not told Jack or Peggy …
  • Hayley’s beginning to regret her involvement in the increasingly chaotic panto.
  • Pat was angry with Tommy over the pigs but she’s relents when Hayley tells her that he’s not going to the Young Farmers’ Christmas Party tonight because she didn’t want him – too many memories of John.
