• John’s “looking forward” to the panto and to the payout from the first set of pigs.
• Lynda is word-perfect in her role and is objecting to script changes.
• Jill bumps into Larry in Borchester and they indulge in lunch and a little sniping at Lynda – just as she arrives and intimates at the purposes behind their lunch – although Phil arrives shortly afterward.
• Lynda puts up some “simpering glamour shots” of herself in the Village Hall, which Larry replaces with the photos from the Echo.
• Lynda warns Jill about Larry’s type.
