• Sid’s planning to go ahead with the Halloween celebrations anyway, despite Janet’s withdrawal of church support.
• Marjorie brings a little light into Ruth’s day with a little outfit for Josh, otherwise his parents are starting to fray at his night time excursions from slumberland.
• Jolene’s on the local radio advertising her line dancing at the Cat and Sid is furious. She goes to apologise but he asks her to choose, which she does, and yet again the Cat wins out and Kathy is not best pleased.
