  • Simon is not happy as the sale is probably in breach of the tenancy, Eddie claims hypocracy because of the previous charitable one.
• Usha’s still concerned about the imminent merger with Jefferson-Crabtree, Richard suggests they ask Aunt Satya to postpone her visit
• Kate asks Eddie about a van for the catering business, Roy finds out and is quite surprised!
