  • Charlie arrives with some questions about wheat, providing a welcome escape for Adam. His ‘questions’ turn out to be more of a proposed solution for Adam’s wheat inspection, in the form of a drone. Adam is sceptical at first but is soon impressed with the clarity of the images and the smooth operation. Kate’s pleased to see Charlie, although Adam firmly points her back in the direction of the strawberries.
  • Susan comments to Helen that she spotted Richard at Messiah and it’s set her mind racing, wondering what Alistair makes of it? After all, Alistair and Richard overlapped in Shula’s life.
  • Helen’s organising the displays for Ambridge Organics’ corner of the temporary shop. Susan is happy with the set up. With Helen on site, Susan takes advantage of cover in the shop and pops out to try to return Clarrie’s mobile phone to her. Tom has been speaking to Tony about getting another bull. Tony is down in the dumps following the inspection.
  • Charlie takes Adam to lunch at Grey Gables, which a disgruntled Kate comments on. Susan spots Adam and Charlie and asks Adam if he’s seen Clarrie but there’s no sign. The pair are further disturbed by Susan shrieking. She has seen something furry, moving along the skirting board. Has Daphne reappeared?
