Elizabeth is thinking about selling land at Lower Loxley to raise the funds.

Radio Times: Lynda is heartbroken and Matt tries to be patient.

• Lilian seems to be obsessed with Paul again and is leaving him messages but she is still having to work with Matt.
• Lynda has found out that Wolfgang has died. Alistair says he has been dead for some time. He can’t see any immediate reason for his death but Alistair thinks he should be sent for a post mortem. He arranges for him to be collected and Lynda won’t leave until then. She really wants to know what has happened to him.
• There is a new show in the Lower Loxley gallery though Elizabeth isn’t too sure about it. It is very striking though and is generating a lot of interest. The local press are very interested. Elizabeth is worrying that Lewis can’t cope on his own while she is at the adventure park but he says he’ll be fine.
• Elizabeth has found a house she might be able to sell to raise the money but Lewis says that with long term retired staff in the house, it will send the wrong message to the current staff. So she is thinking about selling land. Lewis isn’t confident about that either.
• Matt takes Lilian to show her some excellent views of the paper mill. He is keen on it but is worrying that they’ve underbid Lilian tries to tell him it’s exciting and he is enthusiastic but nervous. It could be such a big part of their future. Lilian doesn’t sound convinced.
