Elizabeth might need more heart surgery.

Radio Times: It is a stressful time for the Archer family and there is a lunchtime rebellion at Keeper’s Cottage.

The twins visit at the hospital and are pretty sure that David is stressed about something. Elizabeth seems a lot better though. She’ll be home soon but the consultant wants to do more tests. Freddie is less convinced than Lily that all is fine. She looks weird hooked up to a machine. Elizabeth tries to convince him but he doesn’t seem sure. Clarrie tells them the Elizabeth will get better much faster if she isn’t worrying about them which seems to make them feel less sorry for themselves.
Clarrie is making Joe and Eddie do a frugal Sunday lunch in aid of the food bank. It’s only once a week. They aren’t convinced though. And what’s worse, they are going to have to contribute the money themselves next week. They plot to find somewhere they could go to eat that Clarrie wouldn’t find out. For some reason they decide that Lynda would like to invite them and give them free food and that she won’t let on.
Later when David goes back to the hospital, Elizabeth tells him that the consultant thinks it might mean more surgery. David gets himself into a state that it was his fault for stepping back from Lower Loxley but she tries to tell him it was nothing to do with him.
