  • Lynda tells Jim she is surprised that Jennifer isn’t coming to the book club. She’s always enjoyed it so much. Lynda tries to encourage Jim to take responsibility. Jim is more focussed on Daniel’s exams. When Jennifer almost comes into the shop and then backs away, Lynda actually tackles Jim on it and he says he realises he might have gone too far. Emma comes into the shop shocked that Jennifer rushed away from her and Lynda says Jennifer might be distracted because of worry about Peggy. Emma realises there might be a job opportunity.
  • Rob takes Adam’s advice and tries to present good news to Brian. It works to some extent though he is still worried about the recruitment.
  • Rob suggests to David that he might use Open Farm Sunday at Brookfield to promote the new dairy. Josh is horrified and David tells him he doesn’t think it’s the right occasion. Josh’s business plans are coming along though – Neil has agreed to take him to a farmer’s market.
