Helen blurts out to Pat that she is moving in with Rob.

• Pat knows how to live the high life by asking for a new milk separator for her birthday. Pat thinks a birthday supper might be a good time to hear Helen’s news but Helen isn’t keen – the time should be all about Peggy.
• Alan and Tony are getting ready for the funeral on Tuesday week. Jennifer is determined that all of Jack’s achievements are listed. There is a bit of a problem with Hazel – Alan remembers her last visit 8 years ago. Who know what she might do this time.
• Kirsty is getting ready to book the wedding with Alan and is starting with wedding planning and is excitedly talking to Helen, when Helen stops her in mid tracks. Just as Henry falls over and hurts himself, Helen wasn’t even paying attention.
• Pat and Tony discuss the funeral too. They are wondering where Helen and Henry are. Tony tells Pat to stop going on at Helen. When she is ready to tell them, she will. Pat reluctantly agrees.
• Alan finds it hard to find a Saturday for Tom and Kirsty’s wedding so they decide on the Thursday after Easter, 24th of April. It has a nice symmetry: 24.04.14.
• Later, Pat nags at Helen again and so Helen blurts it out – just as Kirsty and Tom come back with news about the date. Pat can’t get any words out.
