  • Tony has fallen in love with the baby. Pat is sulking because she can’t see him. But Tony says the MBU manager will take some photos soon. Pat is wondering why Helen hasn’t chosen a name yet. They can’t call him the baby for ever. Pat then sulks even more about the shop opening on Friday. At least Kirsty is helping her out. More than Ursula. Still, she did bring Henry round on time. He seems a bit confused. He thinks the baby will be coming to live with Rob and Ursula.
  • Helen is having trouble getting the baby to breastfeed. She can’t relax. Peggy tries to get her to calm down. She just needs to be patient. Tony says the pictures can’t be taken with Helen. Peggy is shocked but Helen says she’d prefer it. They try to talk about who the baby looks like. Tony and Peggy say he’s all Archer but Helen thinks he looks like Rob.
  • Kirsty is trying to help out at Bridge Farm. She wonders if getting rid of the pigs is still the right thing. Jazzer might come back. Tom thinks that is impossible but Kirsty says no, she and Tom are talking again. Now there is so much to get over to help Helen. Tom says he is sorry for how he treated her. She admits she tore up his letter. Tom tries to explain how he felt – on a conveyor belt with no chance to get off. He hoped a perfect wedding would solve it. But he understands that wasn’t helpful. Kirsty asks why he couldn’t talk to her. She also wonders if she never trusted his feelings for her. Did he prefer Brenda? Tom says no. Kirsty says that it wasn’t the way she would have chosen – to be dumped at the altar. But at least they can try to be good friends.
  • Tony and Peggy are having lunch. Tony didn’t want to leave her but Peggy says they need a break and so does Helen. And the baby won’t disturb her. He’s so good. Hardly every cries. Tony is surprised how little interest Helen is showing in the baby. She won’t even name him. Peggy tells him she might be finding it hard to bond with the baby given all that happens. She stresses to him that Helen must know the baby is as much hers as Rob’s.
  • Fallon and Kirsty discuss Ed and Emma’s first anniversary party which went well. Kirsty says he is really upset about the pigs and they both realise that Tom and Jazzer need to sort themselves out. Fallon will talk to Jazzer and Kirsty will talk to Tom. They think they can sort it out.
