• The Church Wardens are off to look at a pew free church. Meanwhile, booking in the Village Hall are dropping off and many won’t come back when it reopens. Jill is still catching people unawares mid conversation but she seems to realise why!
• The tests for Hayley went well. It will be a while before the blood tests come back but the scan was fine.
• The Church visit isn’t convincing Bert. Christine is a little more sympathetic though. She didn’t like the look of the place but did see the value of the space which might have saved some of the bookings from the village hall.
• Kathy gives Lynda a lift home in the rain and it gives Lynda another chance to question her again. Kathy gets very upset; she admits something she was attacked but Lynda promises to keep it in confidence….
