• Heather is finally on her way home. Then despite warnings about not doing too much, Ruth tries to clean up in the parlour and slips over, hurting herself again.
• Sid drops round to Matt ostensibly to collect some things for Lilian and “accidentally” drops off the page from the diary. Matt is amazed and rushes off to the Bull.
• Meanwhile at the Bull, Lilian gets the “letter” from Matt. She is delighted and prepares to rush off to see him when Matt arrives. They have a slightly cross purposes discussion and Matt rumbles Sid and Jolene, but he decides to keep quiet and takes Lilian home.
