Characters: Darrell, Emma, Jazzer, Jolene, Kenton, Lilian, Peggy- Lilian has still heard nothing from Paul and is leaving desperate messages.
- Kenton and Jazzer are beginning to bring Lynda around on the highland games but she still isn’t completely convinced. But Kenton’s idea is for a ceilidh at The Bull the night before is well received.
- Peggy is impressed with Emma’s qualifications for helping her out but she is not impressed at the idea of Keira coming with her – she gets too close to the ornaments and pesters the cats too much so she says she’ll get back to her.
- Lilian goes to the pub for a bit of a break when Darrell comes in and says he’s really shocked to hear an ex-boss is dead. Such a pity, Paul Morgan was a good guy. Lilian nearly collapses and Jolene takes her upstairs where she is in floods of tears. She spills out everything to Jolene and starts to blame herself. Jolene tries to calm her down before she goes home. Lilian just remembers that his last message to her was that something bad had happened. And now she’ll never know what it was.
- Matt phones his hit man to tell him he has heard the Paul was found dead in a hotel room in Cardiff on Saturday. He wants assurance that it was nothing to do with his “warning”. The hit man says it couldn’t possibly have been him.
- When Lilian gets back to the Dower House she is still a bit tearful and Matt, all calm common sense, asks her what’s wrong. She says nothing; it’s just Jennifer and Peggy. Matt says it’s only natural.
