Characters: , , , , , ,
  • Neil is horrified to find that Josh has been giving out free samples of the Fairbrothers’ eggs at the community shop. Josh is supposed to be in partnership with Neil. Emma makes it worse when she says they are going to take the eggs in the cafe. It is still very quiet there with the shop still closed but events seem to be coming along nicely. Neil finally decides he can’t tell the difference in the eggs.
  • Ed passed his manufacturer’s sprayer course. He was quite confident at the end. Adam is interested in no till cropping and is going on a visit. Ed says he’d be up to a new system.
  • Josh is obviously skiving off college to see the Fairbrothers. David tells Josh he has to make them understand the work Bert is doing to rebuild the egg mobile.
  • Adam asks David for his view on no till cropping. David is surprised Brian is up to it but Adam says where Justin goes, Brian will follow. David agrees to go on the visit with him.
  • Emma has planned her outfit for the Borsetshire Business Woman of the Year lunch. She is really looking forward to it. It is so inspirational. Maybe she can do something with her life. Emma drops by to say that Rob is now out of danger. Though Ursula is looking terrible. Susan is fussing about an environmental health inspection which she’ll have to manage on her own. Susan still thinks it must have been all Helen’s fault. She can’t imagine Rob threatening anyone.
  • Neil tears Josh off a strip for working with the Fairbrothers. Josh claims it’s a totally different market. Neill tells him that is nonsense. There isn’t a market for eggs that is suddenly going to open up which doesn’t mean a drop in profits for them. Either Josh puts all his efforts into promoting their eggs or the partnership is at an end.
