• Wayne is looking forward to moving back to Borchester and to starting his new job. Susan is pleased to hear some good news – not heard any for a while with the worry over the shop. Wayne will miss Ambridge and Fallon will miss him. He really hopes she makes it with the band.
• Matt and Lilian move into their new flat. It’s still filthy and Matt offers to clean but Lilian can’t believe this is how he wants to live from now on. It doesn’t help when she finds cockroaches in the kitchen and that is the final straw. She bursts into tears. This is not somewhere she wants to be.
• Neil tries to persuade Susan to get advice from the CAB about her compensation if she loses her job but she is too embarrassed and isn’t even keen on asking Usha.
