Ruth tries to stop David seeing Sophie but he tells her to get a life.

Radio Times: Sam gives David some unwelcome advice.

• Things aren’t getting any better at Brookfield. Ruth doesn’t want David to go to the committee for the Sundial Garden. But David is going anyway. Things are very tense. Sam mentions that things don’t sound good with him and Ruth and tries to help but David puts him in his place. David is more pleased at the phone call from Sophie. So Ruth decides to enjoy a bottle of wine and lunch with Sam – the big glasses. After all, she might as well drink it with Sam – David couldn’t wait to get out of the house.
• Either David or Ruth will have to turn up at the harvest supper with Pip doing the face painting. Sam thinks he’ll turn up to offer some support. The clover count is definitely up. Feeding clover seeds to the cows has certainly helped. But when David gets in he isn’t interested. Sundial House is more important.
• Lynda is involved in the Sundial garden too – it’s busy people that make things happen. Including the Christmas Show which includes her lucky number!!!
