Shula plays the name game.

Radio Times: Shula plays the name game.

Characters: , , , , ,
  • While they’re out picking holly and the like, Peggy asks Shula what name she’s planning on using after the wedding. A good question, but one which doesn’t phase Alistair later. He’s happy for Daniel to keep Mark’s name, he seems happy for Shula not to change hers either. He just wants them to be a family, the names are not important.
  • Alistair had previously been at Brookfield, tending to a wounded Jet (a cut paw thanks to a discarded glass bottle), with Phil nervously making sure that Alistair realises that his new role as son-in-law won’t be bringing with it any demands of special vetinary treatments. Jill is already busy baking and trying out recipes for the reception, but disappoints Jack when she mentions that it’s to be a very small affair – he’d assumed an invite would be in the offing, but the net might not even spread that wide.
