There is a possible E. coli outbreak at Bridge Farm and Clarrie looks like a possible source.
Radio Times: It is a terrible day for Bridge Farm and Pat and Tony face some serious questions.
Characters: 3 environmental health officers, Clarrie, Helen, Pat, Tony- Clarrie is telling Pat about the christening and how fed up Emma was with Nic and Mia. Pat thinks that’s ridiculous. And then officers from Environmental Health appear unexpectedly. The farm has been linked with an E. coli outbreak with ice cream from Bridge Farm being the obvious link. They will have to recall all the ice cream and they will have to test all the staff.
- Pat agrees that they will have to close the dairy for the time being. They have to be seen to be cooperating. Then during the interview with Clarrie, it turns out that she’s been ill and hadn’t told Pat.
