  • Brian is suffering from headaches and has seen Richard, who is blaming them on stress. Some of this Brian lays at Kate’s door, although she is out looking for work. A strategy which is favourable to Peggy, who is happy with Kate and Roy’s repayment plans, and is quite happy to tell Brian this, in spite of his offer to pay back the loan.
  • Nigel is ever more apologetic for Julia’s stay at Nelson’s, although he is livid when she manages to twist his (or rather, Lizzie’s) words into meaning he would foot Jason’s bill for the movement of the bed. He finally pushes her to a decision on how long she’s planning on saying, although we don’t find this out.
  • Peggy’s purchase from Eddie is going ahead, Higgs OKed it.
  • A very topical insert with Peggy and Jennifer discussing the current cattle news, including news from the previous few days.
