• Julia is causing Kathy a headache in the Hassett Room, but eating alone at a large table, which she is now calling her “usual”
• Sid’s concerned over the Bull’s tug-of-war team, David and Neil are doubtful, Eddie will pull (in exchange for beer) and he intends to pull, too, to “teach them a lesson”.
• Lynda and Robert are preparing for the house swap with Al and Mary-Jo Clancy from Kansas. They arrange to leave Hermes with Marjorie, who points out that they don’t want to leave the dog with strangers, but are quite happy to leave their house to some.
• Richard is suffering from his performance yesterday. He’s worried he hasn’t done himself justice, and has a small go at Usha. He goes for walk under a small black cloud, returning with some flowers as a peace offering, unfortunately they are some of Usha’s entry for the upcoming flower show! He also has a small go at Marjorie for mentioning to the panel his undocumented visit to Mrs Barraclough on the eve of her death.
