  • Kenton is at The Bull again for the wedding celebrations. Nothing much going on at Jaxx it seems. Kathy won’t be going to The Bull though, even though Jamie is still there. It’s not Alistair’s kind of thing either. He’s had a text from David about the cricket team. Looks like he’s pulling out. Shula thinks that gives him a great opportunity to have a chat with him but Alistair doesn’t know what he can say.
  • Kenton has a chat with Jamie. Tells him he has a cushy number and £10 per week isn’t enough. Plus having an interest in the place doesn’t mean a place to live. Jamie claims he doesn’t need looking after but Kenton doesn’t reckon he is acting much like a responsible adult. Jolene would never throw him out if he doesn’t have somewhere else to go but he does, and he should be at home. But who knows if he got through or not.
  • Alistair does have a go at talking to David but he is determined to see the worst in everything. He makes a few clumsy attempts at getting him to talk but it doesn’t go well. Perhaps he’d be better talking to Ruth. David all but makes him leave by telling him to go to join Shula in The Bull.
  • Alistair tells Shula it didn’t work. He guesses all he can do is be there for David if he needs it.
  • Jamie does decide to go home. Kathy asks if he’s staying. Jamie says he doesn’t know for sure but thinks he will – if it’s okay with Kathy and, of course, it is.
