• Ruth and David are getting ready for lambing at Brookfield. But David is planning on being out at the Bull for the cricket draw. He’s pretty clear Ruth won’t want to be involved or to join the fund raising committee. And she isn’t sounding too impressed about the tractor.
• Bert is still helping Robert out with the shower at Home Farm. Jennifer is surprised Robert needs help but Bert thinks he is going to be needed for some time. And he is in demand for the cricket and to help with David’s tractor. But working with Robert really will click he thinks – Robert isn’t so sure. But at least Bert has decided on a name for the tractor – Rufus.
• Ambridge get a bye for the first round of the cricket competition and then get an “easy” team for the next round. Things are looking good. Hayley ends up being co-opted onto the fund raising team.
• Phoebe is excited about Kate’s new baby and doesn’t understand why she can’t have her little sister and new baby living with her. Hayley is clearly a bit upset.
