Radio Times: Brenda is catching up, and Jamie is tempting Kenton to go paintballing.

• Kathy is enjoying a leisurely breakfast, not having to rush off to work. Jamie encourages her to make haste slowly in finding a new job. Despite the uncertain future, she has no regrets.
• Brenda is fleetingly back in Ambridge and drops in on Kirsty to catch up with life in general and her love life in particular. She already knows that Damien is off the scene but Kirsty is less than forthcoming about whether there is anyone else in her life.
• There is a job to be done – organising Kenton’s stag night. Jamie finds that ideas such as Amsterdam and Prague are vetoed because they honeymoon is to be in this country and Kenton thinks that Jolene would probably not appreciate lots of money being blown on a foreign jaunt. Meanwhile the girls are getting on much better – a hotel and health spa for some serious pampering – Lilian’s treat. Jamie reports that he has seen Darrell on The Green, looking terrible.
• Brenda’s next call is on Tom; she lures him to the pub for lunch. She regales him with tales of Zak, friend of ex-boyfriend Dmitri, in whose flat she is staying. She has some job applications in progress but nothing special. What about Tom’s life? Just then Kirsty arrives to collect some wine and is somewhat distracted by the sight of Tom with Brenda; poor Kirsty, she declines their invitation to join them and leaves in indecent haste.
